CENTURY 21 All Islands’ Waikele Office Receives Two Military Awards
Honolulu, HI -- Recently, the CENTURY 21 All Islands Waikele office received two military awards: a Patriot Award from the U.S. Army and a Certificate of Appreciation from the U.S. Marine Corps.
CENTURY 21 All Islands Wailkele office has been very active in helping out military service members and their families with their transition to Hawaii thru sponsorship of military events.
Grace Manio, a C21 Waikele agent and a former Navy service member herself, heads the office’s Military Team. Grace comes from a long line of military family and has a deep understanding on what an officer needs when relocating to another state. She brings to these events her experiences as a former military officer and a real estate agent. Says Grace, “I focus on educating them about the real estate market, the home buying process and give them options on what loan programs would fit them and how to maximize their own VA benefits. I really feel deeply that this is an advocacy profession and not merely a sales career”.
Though very helpful with the military service members’ real estate needs, it is the team’s “extra mile” attitude that garnished them with two military awards. Team member Jennifer Sison says, “Most of the time they just arrived and need assistance with other things outside of housing. We will help them find the resources they need”.

CENTURY 21 ALL ISLANDS’ RUTHIE SCHULTZ RECOGNIZED AS NUMBER TWO AGENT IN THE WORLD AT INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION IN ORLANDO
HONOLULU, HI – March, 2008 - CENTURY 21 real estate agents from around the globe recently gathered in Orlando, FL to learn new skills, to network and to be recognized for their individual sales performance. The number two agent, ranked by Adjusted Gross Commissions was Ruthie Schultz, who works out of CENTURY 21 All Islands’ Princeville office on Kauai’s North Shore. Ruthie’s commissions totaled a whopping $2,149,206 in 2007, which earned her this international honor.
The Princeville office, which is located in the Princeville Shopping Center, is one of three All Islands Kauai offices, with the others strategically located in Kapaa and Koloa. CENTURY 21 All Islands is the largest volume realtor on Kauai and was also recognized at the convention as the sixth largest franchise in the United States.
